Dr. Ramon Sumabat,  known by his patients as Dr. Ray , was born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Toronto, Canada. He attended the University of Toronto before pursuing his dental education and graduating on the Dean's list at the University of Southern California (USC), where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He continued into a post-graduate residency at Eastman Institute of Oral Health at the University of Rochester in New York.  His dedication to advanced education resulted in membership to the prestigious Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry. After years of experiencing brutal cold winters in the Northeast, Dr. Ray relocated to the beautiful, warm weather of Palm Springs California. He established his dental practice and has proudly served the Coachella Valley for nearly 30 years. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to generations of patients and families. He is known for his clear communication, and commitment to staying current with the latest advances in dental technology and techniques. Outside the office, Dr. Ray enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and appreciating the vibrant culture and natural beauty of the desert he proudly calls home.
